L&T Tech Park has been established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of L&T-IDPL for its latest initiative in Infopark, Kochi (South India), which is poised to be one of the most happening IT destinations in Asia. L&T-IDPL and Pragnya Fund 1, Mauritius are the stakeholders of L&T Tech Park.
L&T Tech Park will come up on a 7.45 acre plot in the picturesque campus of Infopark Kochi, a Government of Kerala organization. Located 25 km from the Cochin International Airport and 12 km from the heart of the city, L&T Tech Park will be an ideal destination for IT and ITES companies.
L&T Tech Park will have a total built-up area of 1.1 million Sq.ft and adittional multi level car park facilities of of 4.29 lakh sq.ft. . The project will be executed in Two Phases: 0.4 Million Sq.ft in Phase one Tejomaya , 0.69 Million Sq.ft in Phase 2 - SIGNATURE TOWER
Tejomaya represents the coming together of ecology and technology. A uniquely designed multi-tenanted facility in Infopark Tejomaya is 4 Lakh sq.ft state-of-the-art, eco-tech designed and is located at the heart of Infopark SEZ. The building is fully operational from March15, 2008.
